John D. Foster is the immediate past President and Chairman of Stellar Technologies. Mr. Foster continues to serve Stellar through his advisory involvement with each portfolio company. Further, as a retired principal and director of the DBSI Group and a retired US Navy Commander, he has had extensive management experience, and had prior management experience with two fortune 500 companies. Mr. Foster has been tasked with advising Stellar's portfolio investments and operations. He holds a Bachelors of Science from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of Tulsa.
