Stellar Technologies is not a venture capital fund, nor is it a fund manager, consortium, or forum; we are a private equity investment firm. Stellar is strictly focused on the placements of private equity funds pooled predominantly from the DBSI Group of companies, a national player in the real estate investment market.

Typically, Stellar makes strategic investments on a case-by-case basis and is not seeking to fully place a fixed-value fund. After thorough due diligence and structuring of a deal which is suitable to all parties, the cash needs of the investment are determined generally on an annualized basis, and Stellar makes its funding commitments based on anticipated performance.

Furthermore, Stellar provides debt resources to growing companies within the portfolio. These might include loans for new equipment purchases or working capital. Stellar also assists in securing outside lines of credit. Stellar goes further by providing leasing services and pre-approvals for those companies that desire to lease new equipment through our in-house leasing affiliates.
