Paul Judge, President, Stellar Technologies LLC Paul Judge is President of Stellar Technologies, a Boise based investment holding company and subsidiary of the DBSI Group of Companies. Stellar Technologies serves as the business incubator and funding partner in seven technology based start-up organizations including Bio-Reaction, Wavetronix and GigOptix. In addition to serving as President of the Stellar Technologies organization, Mr. Judge is an active member of the Board of each of the portfolio companies and of a related subsidiary Western Electronics.
Mr. Judge’s career includes more than 15 years of venture development experience including business planning and capitalization, consumer product launch, and sales channel management. Prior to joining Stellar Technologies, Mr. Judge was a founding member of FOR 1031 LLC, a leading provider of Tenants in Common real estate investments where as Vice President he was responsible for the development of its national distribution channel and sales organization. Mr. Judge founded the publicly-traded Sprint PCS affiliate UbiquiTel Inc., acted as CFO through its IPO process, and later served as General Manager in the green-field launch of the Idaho/Utah market. Mr. Judge also previously served as Director of the Walter Group, Inc., a Seattle based telecommunications consulting and venture development firm where he was involved in the ground up development of satellite, cellular, fiber, and broadband service providers worldwide. Mr. Judge began his career with pioneering start-up satellite data communications & positioning company OmniNet which later merged with Qualcomm to form OmniTRACS. The resulting product line has dominated the long haul transportation industry since 1988 serving today over 2,000 fleets with over 567,000 trucks in service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and an MBA in International Business Finance from George Washington University.
